Hi! I'm Nicholas.
Igniting a spark of interest and passion for our environment through birds, drives me to provide the most engaging, entertaining and educational programs possible.
I have been working with birds for over 20 years, after interviewing my mentor Steve Chindgren for a book report in elementary school, I started volunteering at the World of Flight Bird show at Utah’s Hogle Zoo. After many years volunteering, I worked my way up lead trainer for the show.
During this time, I have trained dozens of birds from tiny doves to the largest eagle species in the world, the Stellers Sea Eagle. Birds captivate my imagination, observing their behavior, earning their trust, and training them for free flight is a privilege and honor.
I design my programs to offer participants a memorable and educational glimpse into the fascinating world of birds.

What we do
We offer a variety of different events
Tours
Up close and personal encounters with our entire avian collection. Natural behavior and flight demonstrations. Typically tours are 90 minutes long prefect for groups of up to 12 people.
Avian Ambassadors
Birthday parties, corporate events, scout meetings, parties photo shoots - Prices vary depending on number of birds, amount of time and distance.
Educational Presentations
For students of all ages. Typical presentations are 1 hour long featuring 2 birds - Prices vary and can be tailored to the current curriculum.
